A strong amber lager style, this dunkles is made with all German ingredients; Munich malt and Hallertau Magnum hops. Boiled long to get some kettle caramelization and lagered extensively for brilliant clarity and maximum drinkability. Molasses, hints of spice, some date/raisin fruitiness.
