Pilsner malt at its base with touches of continental crystal and debittered black malt. An excellent crop of lightly floral, almost minty Styrian Celeia. Lagered for *checks notes* 8 weeks??? This dark lager exists somewhere between Franconian Dunkel and Czech Tmavy. Toasty malt base with subtle caramel tones in a medium-light body and refreshing bitterness.
