In Collaboration with their friends at Jing -A a Chinese brewery based out of Beijing. This brew was made to replicate the beautiul and yummo sweet & sour pork dish we all know and love (but dont worry - no pork was harmed in the making of this beer!) A blend of pinapple puree, hibiscus, ginger, and MSG were brewed together as a nod to a Chinese dish.
