In their wit beer they used a Norwegian Hornindal Kveik yeast. This strain of yeast produces more tones of stone and tropical fruit making it more fruity, and less clove-like than a classic Wit. Gently spiced with coriander, grains of paradise, bitter orange peel, grapefruit peel, and Ontario Chinook hops. This beer is cloudy and perfect with a seafood dish – or even a dim sum!
