This experimental ingredient from New Zealand is a powder derived from Sauvignon Blanc grapes that’s packed with thiols - a juicy & tropical compound in hops - that works together with Citra Incognito hops to create massive pineapple and passionfruit flavour in the juiciest IPA possible without hop bitterness.
