New hops are always on our radar, we just don’t always get to them as quickly as we’d like. We’re working with Luminosa Hops (along with Citra & Mosaic) on Next Step, and we’re into this one. Up front, we love the big ripe citrus and mango, but then it flips and comes through with guava and papaya. Luminosa is the real deal, and what a way to ring out the summer, then with a tropical IPA.
