Lorelei - Elora Brewing Co.

Lorelei Keller Pils is their unique take on a full-body, German pilsner, and they brewed it with a generous portion of spelt malt on top of a base of floor-malted, pilsner malt. It’s unfiltered and naturally carbonated (to give you the sensation of sampling straight from a Franconian Keller tank,) and it was made with Saphir and Saaz hops for their herbal and refined citrus notes. Lorelei has a full, nutty, slightly-acidic malt profile, and its lower carbonation makes for a clean, dry pilsner that lends to ultimate drinkability!
