A strong seltzer base blended with cider from the elusive Silken apple. Silken apples attracted quite a bit of attention from growers a few years ago due to its characteristic wildflower honey note. Unfortunately, they bruise so easily that most growers pulled them immediately. Not Apple Hill Cider! They loved them enough to keep them in the ground, and we love them for that! Semi-sweet with moderate acidity.
