Happy Hour (Margarita Sour) - Grain & Grit

This version of our cocktail series is our re-imagining of the ever popular Margarita, with a fruity twist! We brewed a Gose-base beer, which is a salty sour, then added some mango puree, blue agave and lime to kick it up a notch. The result is a creamy, sweet mango forward sour with vibrant notes of lime and citrus with just enough salt to remind you of a salty rim on your favourite cocktail. The agave gives the beer some added body and a hint of the tequila it might have been.
