As we crafted Dreamscape, our goal was to capture the essence of a quaffable, lighter Octoberfest lager with a single decoction technique. The result? A lager that boasts a radiant golden hue, and strikes the balance between hop bitterness and malt sweetness. We've harnessed the magic of our fave noble hop Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, lending this German-inspired beauty its classic herbal and delicate floral notes, harmonizing with the subtle cracker aroma of Pilsner malt.
