This Western German style Dortmunder is a rich, decadent, malty lager. Its firm bitterness and dry finish are rivalled only by its moderate body, deep golden colour and creamy mouthfeel. It was also brewed with mineral rich water, and naturally carbonated and lagered for 12 weeks to pay respect to this style: Dortmunders were originally brewed for hardworking, 19th century industrial workers.
