Derailment Cold IPA! This is our take on this emerging style that brings a whole lotta hops... while being crazy crisp!

Our Cold IPA is brewed using a blend of Canadian grown Pilsner and flaked rice. These combine to produce a strong beer with a light and dry body that allows the hops to shine. Expect a creamy beer with notes of tropical fruit, grapefruit, and black tea. We use a lager yeast here, but fermentation proceeds at a slightly warmer temperature.
