Our WIPA is a combination of two beer styles - Belgian Witbier and IPA. We use the creamy rustic malt bill, the expressive yeast of a traditional Witbier, and loads of one of our favourite new school European hops - Hallertau Blanc. You my find hints of white vinousness blending with the flaours of peach and gooseberry, and a smooth mouthfeel with a slightly bready taste.
