This beer is a true German Pilsner, hopped with European Noble hops, and a malt bill made up of 100% Brew Culture's Ireks German pilsner malt. Lastly, Georgian Bay Water, which is very similar in chemical makeup to water from Pilsen, Czech Republic, is the backbone. Notable: This beer took home the Gold Medal in its style category at the Ontario Brewing Awards.
