The first in a series of barrel aged blends, focusing on both breweries house cultures and individual pallets. For this Block Three teamed up with their friend Party P, and the crew at Blood Brothers brewing in Toronto. This blend of foeder fermented grisette, and saison aged in neutral oak highlights the melon, stone fruit, and light acidity from both of their house cultures of yeast and bacteria. Highly effervescent, with strong aromas of pineapple, fruit and a light acidity. Dry finish.
