A bright open Cab Franc with multi- layered aromatics of cassis, dark cherries, strawberry jam, meaty, savoury herbs, smoky chipotle peppers with olive and red pepper tapenade. Stinky red rose, dark chocolate and slate. Palate is bold and luscious, tannins are round. finish is long and warm.
