The 2019 Market Collection Sauvignon Blanc embodies flavours characteristic of a traditional Sauvignon Blanc from Niagara. Fresh floral aromas accompanied by tropical notes of passion fruit, starfruit and mango. On the palate this wine presents notes of crisp green apple with a slight herbaceousness and a dry acidic finish. Well suited to pair with a number of summer dishes and the dry crisp finish makes this a perfect afternoon sipping wine.

Food Pairings: Well suited for summer patio sipping. The dry crisp acidity pairs well with herbaceous salads, fennel, arugula, spinach and leafy greens. Serve with veggie trays or spring pea soup. Will go with many seafood dishes, particularly grilles prawns, shrimp and salmon. Try this with a nice pasta fettucine with lemon sauces or other creamy pasta dishes.
