2021 Red Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Cabernet Franc (44%), Syrah (11%)
The 2021 vintage of Gary’s Rosso has high intensity aromas of black cherry, black plum, and raspberry jam, with subtleties of sweet tobacco, vanilla, and black pepper. The palate mirrors the nose, but with a distinct shift towards candied liquorice and cooked blackberries. It is bold enough to stand up to a wide range of foods but also easy drinking enough to sip on its own in more casual environments.
