2021 Cabernet Merlot: 43% Cabernet Franc, 41% Merlot, 16% Cabernet Sauvignon

A cool climate take on of one of the worlds most renowned blends, our 2021 Merket Collection Cabernet Merlot has aromas of strawberry, raspberry jam, red plum, black pepper, and clove, along with subtle charred wood and vanilla from aging in oak barrels. The palate is medium bodied and mirrors the nose, but with an emphasis on red fruit and a
jammy quality that is nicely contrasted against the wine’s fresh acidity. Overall, its shows excellent balance between alcohol, acidity, and tannins which are silky-smooth, making this wine very approachable and easy drinking.
