The story... Our co-founder / head brewer spent a lot of time working in Southeast Asia setting up semiconductor factories in Malaysia, China and Singapore. The food there is some of the best in the world, with the most amazing flavours and aromas! ‘Ok Lah!’ is Singapore slang.
The beer... Southeast Asia cuisine in a crisp, clean easy drinking cream ale. Vibrant ginger and rich coriander aromas, but nothing overpowering - balance is the key.
