For the 2023 vintage, we made two versions of Darren The One Eyed Cat. The first to be released is the Pinot Noir.
We rested a blend of 18 month old barrel aged beer on a whole bunch of County-grown Pinot Noir skins from Rosehall Run's 2022 harvest. Now we have a ruby red, cherry blaster-y, spritzy summer sipper.
Darren is our barn cat. He came to us as a kitten, then left, then came back with one eye. He's our sweet, sweet boy.
Bottle conditioned and naturally carbonated. Brewed with 100% Ontario ingredients.
