A pale beer brewed with Ontario grain and aged in our American oak foeder with a mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria. Standard is can conditioned and will age gracefully, but it's also a delight when drunk fresh.
Passionfruit and heavy oak on the nose, a slight saltiness, lotsa vanilla, some oak and hop tannin, a juicy candy-like acidity, and a dry finish. All these complex flavours and aromas come together to make a beer that is light and quenching with plenty of zip to it.
