For their second collaboration with Scarborough home brewer David Chang-Sang of Chang-Sang Estates Brewery, they decided to visit the roots of the IPA, brewing a traditional British India Pale Ale with crystal malts and East Kent Golding hops. Though the style was originally intended to last the long journey from England to India in the late 1700’s, this one won’t last long in the fridge.
