This traditional style Austrian lager is malt forward. They are using (surprise, surprise) predominantly Austrian malts that provide a slight roasted character without compromising on a light, easy drinking & crisp finishing beer experience. New Vienna has a mild, but firm & restrained bitterness for balance. Out with the OV & in with the New V.
