Happy Hour (Whiskey Sour) - Grain and Grit Beer Co.

For this new variation of their Cocktail Sour Series, they’ve recreated a Whiskey Sour! Brewed with barley, corn (bourbon) and rye (whiskey) then soured with a specific lactobacillus strain which gives a candied lemon flavour. Finally, they matured this sour with lemon and orange peels to round out the profile. The result is a mouth puckering, sweet and sour beer with a splash of orange peel and lemon zin.
