Brownie Bar Bestowed - Third Moon Brewing

"Brownie Bar Bestowed" is an 11.9% Imperial Stout with brownies, caramel and pretzels. It's thick and fudgy with a smell and taste that reminds you of the crispy edges of a freshly baked brownie. The caramel gives it a little pop of sweetness and the salty pretzels balance the whole thing out. This can is extra weighty in the hand but, sipping it while I type, I marvel at how effortless it is on the palate.

Keeping with the decadent theme but shifting away from chocolate for a moment, we're dropping one that is near and dear to our hearts. This beer, which we've nicknamed "ABV", traces its origins back to two of our favourites that we've ever produced: Barrel Aged Vanilla Bestowed and Apple Brandy Bestowed. (I have exactly one left of each in my cellar; the Vanilla Bestowed is refrigerated, of course!)
